Terms of Service

The service

GetJobAssist at getjobassist.com is a software assistant for job search. It can research roles, tailor a resume, draft applications, scan recruiter email, and propose or book calendar time. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You stay responsible

Applications, emails, and interviews sent or booked through GetJobAssist are yours. You are responsible for the truth of your resume, for following each employer’s and job board’s rules, and for showing up to interviews. Review Approvals when you are not on Autopilot. Autopilot does not make us the applicant — you do.

Accounts

Keep your password and Google account secure. You may sign in with email or Google. One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend an account that looks compromised, abusive, or used to spam employers.

Google access

If you connect Google, you authorize GetJobAssist to use Gmail and Calendar within the scopes you approve, only to operate features you turn on (inbox help, replies, scheduling). You can disconnect at any time. Misuse of a connected inbox — including mass unsolicited mail — is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the agent to spam employers or fabricate credentials.
• Do not scrape or attack getjobassist.com or other people’s accounts.
• Do not violate a job board, ATS, or employer’s terms while using hunt.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plan limits are shown on Billing. Paid plans renew through Stripe until you cancel. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with notice before the next renewal. Features that need a paid plan will stop or throttle if you cancel or if a payment fails.

The agent is not perfect

Job listings, company research, resume scores, and drafted emails can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. GetJobAssist is not a law firm, career counselor, or employment agency, and it does not guarantee interviews or offers.

Intellectual property

We own the product, brand, and software. You own your resume and the content you upload. You give us a limited license to process that content so the product can work for you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Availability

We aim to keep getjobassist.com up, but hunt, email, and calendar features depend on third parties (job sites, Google, model providers). Outages, rate limits, and site changes can interrupt those features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost offers, missed interviews, or employer decisions. Our total liability for a claim related to GetJobAssist is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you are on the free plan.

Termination

You may stop using the product and ask us to delete your account. We may end or limit access if you breach these terms or if we shut the product down. Sections that should survive (including liability limits) will survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and request deletion.
